Return Policy
At freshvac, we stand behind the quality of our products. We are confident the quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your Freshvac purchase, please return the product to the store where it was purchased and follow their return policy. If the product was purchased through the freshvac website, merchandise returns will be accepted within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. A valid receipt is an original sales receipt or packing slip. Pending inspection, a refund or credit will be issued. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
